Cinna-Bun Cake Recipe
Cinna-bun cake is a trend among the foodies these days. I love making them for my family and friends and it’s craved by all. I find it soothing to enjoy at home while reading a book or watching a movie.
Once the cake is cooked through and has a gorgeous glaze on top, it’s a match made in heaven. Serve it.
Ingredients for the Cake:
- Three cups of all-purpose flour
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of sugar, granulated
- four tsp of baking powder
- one and a half cups whole milk
- two eggs
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup melted butter
Regarding the Topping:
- one cup softened butter
- One cup of brown sugar
- Two tablespoons all-purpose flour
- One tablespoon of cinnamon
Regarding the Glaze:
- Two cups of powdered sugar
- Five tablespoons of whole milk
- One teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions For Cinna-Bun Cake Recipe
To get the cake ready:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking oil or, if you’d rather, spread butter all over it.
- Combine all the foundation ingredients, excluding the butter, in a large bowl and stir until well incorporated.
- Finally, pour in the melted butter and place the pan in the prepared state; set away.
Get the topping ready:
- blend all of the topping ingredients in a small bowl and stir to fully blend.
To put the cake together for baking:
- As evenly as possible, drop teaspoonfuls of topping over the base to cover the whole surface.
- Swirl the topping into the base with a butter knife.
- Put in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 28 to 30 minutes.
How to make and apply the glaze:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the glaze ingredients until well blended and set aside while the cake bakes.
- Take the cake out of the oven and glaze it while it’s still warm.
