  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or stock
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

  1. 1 – Preheat the Oven:
    • Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. 2 – Cook the Beef:

  3. 3- Sauté the Vegetables:
