2. Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey (99% fat-free)

1 small onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
-
1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-
1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
-
1 tbsp chili powder
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions:

In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

Add tomatoes, beans, broth, and spices.
-
Simmer uncovered on low heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Adjust seasoning as needed.
