This recipe for roasted pork chops is quick and simple to prepare and serves a filling supper.
Ingredients:
4 pork chops without bones
Cut four medium potatoes thinly.
Lipton’s onion soup mix, one envelope
One can of cream of mushroom soup
one-fourth cup milk
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Skillet
a medium-sized casserole dish
bowl for mixing
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Brown the pork chops in 1/4 cup oil in the pan, then drain.
Cut potatoes into a uniform layer and place in a medium casserole dish.
Put the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk in a mixing dish.
Drizzle mixture over pork chops.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
