– 2 lb. potatoes
– 8 garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tbsp cilantro
– 1/2 tsp salt
– Pinch of black pepper
– 1/2 large carrot
– 1 tsp onion powder
