Ingredients:
  • Tangerines
  • Kiwi
  • Persimmon
  • Grapefruit
  • Apple
  • 1.5-liter mold
  • 8g agar-agar + 50ml water
  • 350ml milk
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 200g sour cream/yogurt
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the fruit by peeling and chopping them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 8g of agar-agar with 50ml of water. Warm it up while stirring until it dissolves.
  3. In another pot, heat 350ml of milk and add 200g of condensed milk. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 200g of sour cream or yogurt.
  5. Quickly add the chopped fruit to the milk mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 1.5-liter mold.
  7. Refrigerate until completely cool. Agar-agar sets quickly, so work swiftly.
