Ingredients for Orange Juice Cake Recipe

1 pack (15.25 oz) Yellow Pie* (Betty Crocker or Pillsbury preferred)
°1 pack (3.4 oz) Lemon Pudding Mixture
°3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
°3/4 cup Orange Juice
° 4 large eggs

°2 cups powdered sugar
°3/4 cup orange juice
°4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Method For Orange Juice Cake Recipe

Preheat oven to 150°F and flour 10-12 baking sheets.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the batter, pudding mix, vegetable oil, orange juice, and eggs. Mix for two minutes.Pour the cookie dough into the prepared mold. Bake
for 35-40 minutes until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan. Let the cake cool in the pan and prepare the frosting.

Poke holes in the cake with a skewer or toothpick. Pour the hot frosting over the cake while it is still in the pan. This looks like a lot of frosting, but keep pouring. Let the cake cool for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cake has cooled and absorbed most of the frosting, then transfer the cake to a plate. Let cool completely before serving.The cake is delicious after 8 hours of standing.
