Nutella Milk Pudding – No-Bake, Eggless, and Gelatin-Free

Ingredients:
  • 500 ml milk
  • 25 g flour
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 6 teaspoons Nutella chocolate spread (or you can melt 20 g of milk chocolate)
  • Roasted peanuts or other nuts
  • Pistachios for decoration
  • 6 paper cups (or you can use glass ones

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 25 g of flour and 30 g of cornstarch.
  2. Gradually add 500 ml of milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt 20 g of butter over low heat.
  4. Add 60 g of sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar to the melted butter. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour the milk mixture into the saucepan with the butter and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. While the mixture is still warm, add 6 teaspoons of Nutella (or melted milk chocolate) and mix until well combined. This will give your pudding a rich chocolate flavor.
  8. Crush some roasted peanuts or other nuts and place them at the bottom of each paper cup for added texture and flavor.
  9. Pour the Nutella milk pudding mixture into the prepared cups.
  10. Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it sets.
  11. Before serving, garnish each pudding with chopped pistachios or your favorite nuts.
