How to make it

1. **Mashes the banana**
Mashes the banana in a bowl until almost smooth (a few small lumps are fine).
2. **Add the eggs**
Crack the eggs into the same bowl and whisk together with the banana until well blended.
3. **Fry as pancakes or scrambled eggs**
* For **pancakes**: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter. Pour small rounds of batter into the pan. Fry for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
* For **scrambled eggs**: Pour mixture into skillet and cook as scrambled eggs, stirring gently until set.
4. **Sprinkle cinnamon** while cooking or after serving for extra flavor (optional, but delicious!).
