Moist and Soft Cake (NO EGGS!!)

Ingredients:
– 185g Plain Yogurt
– 100g Sugar
– 80ml Oil
– 170g All-Purpose Flour
– 4g Baking Powder
– 3g Baking Soda
– 1.5g Salt
– 60ml Milk
– 4.2g Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Mix the sugar and yogurt until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Sift in all the dry ingredients and combine.
4. Pour the batter into a baking pan.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minutes.
6. Remove the pan and let the cake cool upside down on a cooling rack.
