Dragon Fruit & Banana Chia Smoothie Parfait











Ingredients:
Bottom Layer (Chia Pudding):
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Top Layer (Smoothie):
1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
1/2 banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Splash of almond milk
Toppings:
Banana slices
Raspberries
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Instructions:
Prepare Chia Pudding:
Mix almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Stir well and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Make Smoothie Layer:
Blend dragon fruit, banana, yogurt, and a splash of almond milk until smooth and thick.
Assemble the Parfait:
In a clear glass, layer the chia pudding at the bottom, then pour the smoothie on top.
Add Toppings:
Garnish with banana slices, raspberries, chia, and hemp seeds. Add a fun straw if you like!
Serve chilled & enjoy!
