- 16 oz can jumbo buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb hot sausage cooked & crumbled
- 2 c Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses shredded
- 6 large eggs
- ½ c milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2.75 oz packet country sausage gravy plus more for serving, optional
- 2 c water or milk
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.

Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 9″13″ dish. With cooking spray.

Prepare Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into eight pieces. And arrange them at the bottom of the dish.

Add Sausage and Cheese: Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the biscuits. And then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Mix Eggs and Milk: Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. And pour over the cheese.

Prepare Gravy: Whisk the gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Or milk. Until smooth. Then pour it over the egg mixture.

Bake: Cover the dish with foil. And bake for 45-55 minutes. Until set. And lightly browned on top.
