Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb hot sausage cooked & crumbled
  • 2 c Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ c milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2.75 oz packet country sausage gravy plus more for serving, optional
  • 2 c water or milk

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 9″13″ dish. With cooking spray.
  • Prepare Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into eight pieces. And arrange them at the bottom of the dish.
