Instructions
1. Prepare the Yogurt
- If using plain yogurt, mix in honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
2. Layer the Parfait
- In a clear glass or jar, add 2–3 spoonfuls of yogurt as the first layer.
- Add a layer of granola.
- Add a layer of mixed fruits.
