Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

1 small bunch of celery (about 4-6 stalks)

1 cucumber (peeled if waxed; chopped)

1 large green apple (cored and chopped)

½ lemon (juiced)

A few pieces of fresh ginger (about 1–2 inches, peeled and chopped)

Optional: ½–1 cup water or coconut water (for blending consistency)

Optional: A few ice cubes (for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:

Wash all produce thoroughly.

Chop celery, cucumber, apple, and ginger into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Add all ingredients into a blender.

Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon.

Add water or coconut water to help with blending, if needed.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust – add more lemon or ginger if desired.

Serve immediately, optionally over ice.
