Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small bunch of celery (about 4-6 stalks)

  • 1 cucumber (peeled if waxed; chopped)

  • 1 large green apple (cored and chopped)

  • ½ lemon (juiced)

  • A few pieces of fresh ginger (about 1–2 inches, peeled and chopped)

  • Optional: ½–1 cup water or coconut water (for blending consistency)

  • Optional: A few ice cubes (for a chilled smoothie)


Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.

  2. Chop celery, cucumber, apple, and ginger into smaller chunks for easier blending.

  3. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  4. Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon.

  5. Add water or coconut water to help with blending, if needed.

  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  7. Taste and adjust – add more lemon or ginger if desired.

  8. Serve immediately, optionally over ice.
