Walking Taco Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups Fritos or tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add Seasoning:
Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients:
Stir in the corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and black beans. Mix until everything is well combined.
