Ultra-Fresh Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:

– 250 ml water
– 150 g sugar
– Juice of 3 lemons
– Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:

1. Heat the water with the sugar to form a syrup, let cool.
2. Add the juice and zest, pour into a container, and freeze for 4 hours, stirring regularly.
