The Ultimate Cheeseburger Egg Rolls Recipe You’ll Crave Again and Again
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pickles, diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Add the cheddar cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the egg rolls in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
