The Ultimate Cheeseburger Egg Rolls Recipe You’ll Crave Again and Again
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Add the cheddar cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
