The famous orange cake that drives the whole world crazy melts in your mouth!

1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix (about 15 oz / 425 g)
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp orange zest (grated)
For the Glaze (optional but recommended):
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest

Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan (or a round bundt pan).
Mix Batter:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, orange juice, oil, eggs, and orange zest.
Beat with a hand mixer (or whisk) until smooth (about 2–3 minutes).
Bake:
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes (rectangular pan) or 35–40 minutes (bundt), until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Prepare Glaze:
While cake cools slightly, whisk powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
Glaze & Serve:
Drizzle glaze over the warm cake.
Let it set for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Swap glaze for a light cream cheese frosting if you like richer cakes.
