Sweet & Spicy Korean Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the marinated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes:

For extra heat, add more gochujang to the marinade.
