Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup honey or sugar-free syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup dark chocolate (sugar-free), melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Prepare the Base
- In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, and salt.
- Heat peanut butter, honey (or syrup), coconut oil, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat until combined.

Combine & Press
- Pour the wet mixture over the oats and nuts, stirring well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.

Chocolate Topping
- Melt dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the oat mixture.

Set & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
