1 cup (100 g) of oatmeal
3 medium apples
1/2 cup (120 ml) of water
1 ripe banana
100 g (3.5 oz) of dried blueberries
100 g (3.5 ounces) raisins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal (rolled oats or quick oats)

  • 3 medium apples (grated or finely chopped)

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)

  • ½ cup (120 ml) water

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) dried blueberries

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) raisins
