Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
