Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
1/2 banana (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions:
Blend the strawberries, chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and banana until smooth.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand, then stir before drinking
