Strawberry Banana Bliss Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries 
 1 ripe banana 
 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice) 
 ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess & protein) 
 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 
 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 
 3-4 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit) 

Add Liquid First
Pour 1 cup almond milk into your blender. This helps blend the ingredients smoothly.

 Add the Banana
Peel 1 ripe banana and break it into chunks. Drop them into the blender.

 Add Strawberries
Toss in 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh + ice cubes for a chilled effect).

 Add Creaminess & Flavor
Greek yogurt – For extra thickness and protein.
Honey/maple syrup – Only if you like it sweeter.
Vanilla extract – For a little extra deliciousness!
 Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, until creamy and lump-free.

 Taste & Adjust
If it’s too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add more frozen fruit.
