Smoked Sausage & Rice Skillet

 

A quick, one-pan dinner that’s hearty, flavorful, and ready in 35 minutes!

Total Time: 35 min | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb smoked sausage, slice

1 onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

1 cup long grain rice

1½ cups chicken broth

1 can diced tomatoes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Brown sausage in a large skillet; set aside.

2. Sauté onion & bell pepper in same pan until soft.

3. Stir in rice, seasonings, broth, tomatoes & sausage.

4. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 20–25 mins until rice is tender

5. Fluff & serve!
