Sloppy Joes with Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef or chopped turkey
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
2 choped garlic cloves
1 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of red sugar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of garlic bread (bought in a shop or homemade)
For homemade garlic bread (optional):
4 slices of French bread or sandwich
3 tablespoons of butter, softened
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef or turkey until it is brown and cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the onion, pepper and garlic to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it is softened.
Stir ketchup, red sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
