Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Prepared mashed potatoes (for serving)
Instructions:
Make Gravy: In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and gradually add chicken broth and cream until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine: Add shredded chicken to the gravy and stir to coat.
Serve: Spoon over prepared mashed potatoes.
