Sattu Drink Recipe

Sattu syrup is a nutritious and cool drink that is very beneficial in summer. It works as an energy booster and keeps digestion correct.
Content (Ingredients):**
– 2-3 spoon sattu (chickpea sattu)
– 1 cup of cold water
– 1 pinch of black salt (evening salt will do)
– 1/2 small spoon roasted cumin powder
– 1 tsp lemon juice (optional )
– 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery (to sweeten)
– some mint leaves (for garnish)
### **Recipe of Preparing (Method):**
1. Add sattu, black salt, cumin powder and honey/jaggery to a glass.
2. Add some water and mix it well so that the lump doesn’t become.
3. Mix the rest of the water and mix well.
4. Mix lemon juice to taste.
5. Serve cold and cold by garnishing with iceflakes and mint leaves.
