Salted Almond Ice Cream 



Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup roasted almonds, chopped
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
– 1/2 cup almond milk (optional, for consistency)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in the chopped roasted almonds and sea salt.
3. If using, add almond milk for desired consistency.
4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
5. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
6. Serve and enjoy your salted almond ice cream!
