Instructions
✅ Step 1: Make the Dough

In a large bowl, combine water and salt.

Gradually add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms.

Pour in melted butter and knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover and let rest for 20–30 minutes.
✅ Step 2: Prepare the Filling

Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions in a bit of oil or butter until soft.

Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

Stir in chopped pepper and tomato. Cook until softened (about 5–7 minutes).
