Cheesy, savory, and packed with a little spicy kick, these sausage balls are the ultimate appetizer or snack for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (hot or mild, depending on your preference)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups Bisquick (or other baking mix)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Sausage Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground sausage
Softened cream cheese
Drained Rotel
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bisquick
Mix well using a spoon or your hands until everything is evenly combined.
