Minced meat (pork, beef or mix)
One egg
Breadcrumbs
Garlic and onion powder

Fettuccine noodles
Spinach leaves
Cream
Garlic, finely chopped

Combine the meatball ingredients, shape them, and fry in olive oil until brown and cooked through. Cook the pasta separately and drain. In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic, then stir in cream and let it simmer to thicken. Add spinach, cheese, and seasonings, stirring until smooth. Mix in the pasta, fold in the meatballs, and heat everything together before serving it piping hot with extra cheese if you like. Options & Tips
For a lighter version, use turkey meatballs.
Add a bit of white wine to the sauce for extra depth.
