Refreshing Watermelon Strawberry Mint Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced watermelon

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Blend It All
    – Add watermelon, strawberries, mint, grated ginger, and coconut water into a blender.

  2. Blend Smooth
    – Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste Test
    – Taste the smoothie. If you’d like it sweeter, add honey and blend again for a few seconds.

  4. Serve
    – Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
    – Garnish with a mint sprig or a strawberry slice if desired.


Tips

  • Want it colder? Add a few ice cubes before blending or chill all ingredients beforehand.
