Raspberry & Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream Cone
Ingredients (4 servings)
For the cone:
4 waffle cones
For the ice cream:
4–6 scoops vanilla soft serve or regular vanilla ice cream
For the toppings:
½ cup fresh raspberries
2 tbsp chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
2 tbsp berry sauce (raspberry or strawberry syrup)
1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the cone: Place waffle cones in holders or cups to keep them steady.
Scoop the ice cream: Fill each cone with vanilla ice cream, swirling to create height.
Add toppings: Drizzle berry sauce over the ice cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and chocolate chips.
Decorate: Place fresh raspberries on top, dust lightly with powdered sugar, and garnish with a mint leaf if desired.
Serve immediately before it melts!
Serving suggestion
Try with strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries for a mixed berry cone.
Use chocolate ice cream for a richer version.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate for extra sweetness. Tip: To keep the cone from getting soggy, coat the inside with a thin layer of melted chocolate and let it set before adding ice cream.
