Potato & Cheddar No-Crust Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter/oil (for greasing)

Quick Directions:

1. Prep Oven & Dish:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9-inch baking dish.

2. Cook Potatoes & Onion:

Sauté onion in olive oil. Add potatoes, cook 5–7 min until tender. Let cool.

3. Mix Eggs:

Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

4. Assemble:

Layer potatoes & onion in dish → Sprinkle cheese → Pour egg mixture.

5. Bake:

35–40 min, until golden & set. Cool 5–10 min. Slice & serve
