Full Homemade Pizza Recipe:

Dough (Pizza Crust)

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

  • 1 cup warm water (110°F / 45°C)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil.

  3. Knead dough for about 7-10 minutes until smooth.
