Pistachio Fudge 

Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup white chocolate chips 

– 6 tablespoons butter 

– 1/3 cup water 

– 1 package (4-serving size) instant pistachio pudding mix 

– 3 cups powdered sugar 

– 1/2 cup shelled pistachios 

Instructions:
1. Line an 8×8 square baking pan with foil and set aside
.

2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, butter, and water on high for 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate chips are fully melted. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds
.

3. Stir the dry pudding mix into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly. Fold in the shelled pistachios
.

4. Press the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set
.

5. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan and peel off the foil. Slice into squares with a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container
.
