Pineapple Mango Lemonade: A Tropical Refreshment

Ingredients:

1 large ripe pineapple
3 large ripe mangoes
1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 cups cold water
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cups ice cubes
Instructions:

Prepare the Fruits:

Cut the outer skin of the pineapple and chop it into small pieces. Reserve a few chunks for garnish.
Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Save some chunks for garnish as well.
Blend the Fruit:

In a food processor or blender, combine the mango and pineapple pieces. Blend until the mixture is smooth and pureed.
Mix with Sugar and Water:

Pour the pureed fruit into a large pot or pan. Add the sugar and pour in the cold water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Cook the Mixture:

Place the pot over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Once done, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
Add Lemon Juice:

Juice the lemons and pour the juice into a pitcher. Strain the cooled mango-pineapple mixture to remove any pulp, then mix it with the lemon juice.
Serve:

Add the reserved pineapple and mango chunks, along with lemon slices and ice cubes to the pitcher. Stir well and serve cold.
