- One package (16 ounces) of bow tie pasta
- One tsp olive oil
- two minced garlic cloves
- Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into small pieces
- One dash of finely ground red pepper flakes, or to taste
- Half a cup of pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup oil-filled sun-drained, sliced, and dried tomatoes
