Butter Swim Biscuits

Butter Swim Biscuits

The name “butter swim” comes from the fact that these biscuits are actually swimming in a pool of butter before they are baked. There’s no need for more butter at the table because they’re fluffy and buttery. Simple to create with staples from the cupboard. Ideal for dinner or breakfast.
