1 Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes

1.1 Ingredients:

1.1.2 200 grams sugar

1.1.3 250 ml milk

1.1.4 65 ml oil

1.1.5 2 tspoons baking powder

1.1.6 Half tspoons salt

1.1.7 300 g cake flour

1.1.9 Pre heat oven to 180°C. Mix eggs and sugar and whisk till pale in colour or a bit of foam forms.

1.1.10 Add oil to the milk and heat on the stove till warm, (don’t boil or it will cook the eggs) and keep stiring.

1.1.11 Mix baking powder in the egg mixture. Gently ass the milk mixture slowly, and stir while adding.

1.1.13 The golden colour is caused by the warm milk.
