Ingredients (for 5 dessert cups)

Cookie Base & Garnish

  • 7 oz (200g) Lotus Biscoff cookies (for crumbs)

  • 5 Biscoff cookies, whole (for topping)

Custard Layer

  • 1¾ cups (400 ml) milk

  • 1½ tablespoons custard powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for custard)

Cream Layer

  • 1¾ cups (400 ml) whipping cream (cold)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for cream)

  • Pinch of vanilla powder or a few drops vanilla essence

1. Make Biscoff Crumbs
