Ingredients:

    • 130g rolled oats (gluten-free)
    • 120ml of hot water
    • 1 apple, chopped, with skin
    • 2 eggs
    • 120g lactose-free natural yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (Royal)
  • 100g of raisins
  • ½ cup soy milk

Preparation method:

In a bowl, place the oats and pour hot water over them. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to soften.

Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes, leaving the skin on to get more nutrients.

After the oats have rested, add the yogurt and eggs and mix well.

Then add the raisins, chopped apple and vanilla essence, mixing until everything is incorporated.

Add the soy milk and stir a little more.

Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.

Grease a pan with butter or oil and pour the dough into it.
