Noodles in Italian Style

This is a version of traditional Italian meals. There are many types of Italian pasta dishes besides lasagna and spaghetti. Italian Drunken Noodles are a very popular dish in Italy. A very easy recipe with pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. You can make this dish any night of the week or for any event without much effort.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of cooked egg noodles, to taste.
  • One pound of sausage meat from ItalyTwo peppers, thinly sliced.
  • three tsp finely sliced garlic One tsp of Italian spice
  • 28 ounces of chopped tomatoes with juice.
  • One tablespoon of basil, dried As required, add more salt and pepper.
  • Top with freshly cut parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

How to Make Tipsy Italian Noodles

  • Transfer the meat and peppers to a large, high-sided pan or skillet and place over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until the peppers begin to soften and the meat is thoroughly browned.
  • Add the chopped garlic and Italian seasonings and turn the heat down to medium.
  • Simmer for a further thirty seconds.
  • Cook the liquid in the pot until half of it evaporates after adding the white cooking wine.
  • When the tomatoes are chopped, add them to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and dried basil.
  • Stir well. Stir the cooked noodles in after adding them and heat them through.
  • For garnish, add some freshly chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese on top.
