Ingredients:
- 100ml water
- 20g sugar
- 4g instant yeast
- 1 egg (60g with shell)
- 280g bread flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 30g butter
- Nutella (for filling)
Instructions:
- Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let it foam for 10 mins.
- Add egg, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Incorporate softened butter, knead until elastic.
- Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and add a dollop of Nutella.
- Seal the edges and shape into buns.
- Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.
- Cook buns until golden brown, flipping as needed.
