My Secret Chocolate Cake with Passion Fruit Mousse

Cake Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Cake Preparation:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, butter, and milk until smooth.

  2. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix again.

  3. Grease a mold with butter, pour in the batter, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for ~40 minutes.

  4. After baking, soak with chocolate syrup (1 cup milk + 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp cocoa powder, mixed).


Mousse Ingredients:

  • 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

  • 1 can condensed milk

  • ½ box cream

  • 1 cup powdered milk

Mousse Preparation:

  1. Blend everything until creamy.

  2. Pour over the cooled cake.

  3. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
