My Secret Chocolate Cake with Passion Fruit Mousse

Cake Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

½ cup melted butter

1 cup milk

2 cups wheat flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 tbsp baking powder
Cake Preparation:

Mix eggs, sugar, butter, and milk until smooth.

Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix again.

Grease a mold with butter, pour in the batter, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for ~40 minutes.

After baking, soak with chocolate syrup (1 cup milk + 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp cocoa powder, mixed).
Mousse Ingredients:

1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

1 can condensed milk
-
½ box cream
-
1 cup powdered milk
Mousse Preparation:

Blend everything until creamy.

Pour over the cooled cake.

Chill for 3 hours before serving.
