Ingredients:

– 45ml vegetable oil 🫒
– 1 onion 🧅
– 20ml oil 🫒
– 1 red pepper 🌶️

– 25g grated cheddar cheese 🧀

For Topping:

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers, creating “boats.”

4. Fill the potato boats with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
