Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (optional for extra creaminess)
1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or plain)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
A few ice cubes (if using fresh berries)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra berries or whipped cream. Enjoy!
