Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cracker topping is golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
