Mediterranean Mezze Tapas Platter

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hummus (classic or flavored)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, marinated
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup tabbouleh salad
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup pita bread wedges or pita chips
  • 1/4 cup toasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • Fresh herbs (mint, parsley, dill) for garnish

Directions:

Arrange hummus and tzatziki in small serving bowls and place them on a large platter.

Surround the dips with olives, roasted peppers, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta.

Add fresh cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and tabbouleh to the platter.

Fill remaining spaces with pita wedges, toasted nuts, and fresh herbs for color.

Serve immediately, allowing guests to mix and match bites.
